Coregulation Data Harvester (CDH)

The Co-regulation Data Harvester for T. thermophila (CDH) is designed to facilitate inference of gene function from genomic and transcriptomic data by combining the power of the TGD and the TetraFGD. For a given Tetrahymena gene of interest, the CDH collates all available data from the databases and infers co-regulated gene annotations from orthology to other organisms. Co-regulated gene sets enrich for pathway-specific factors; the comparison of these sets can give insight into functional gene associations.
